We are looking for flatmates to share our amazing HUGE apartment which is perched on a hill & located a stone's throw from Emerald Hill and walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, clinics, etc.(Photo: The View)

 A quaint & scenic 10min walk brings us to Somerset MRT and SUNTEC city/Raffles Place are only  2-3 MRT stops away. Enjoy retail therapy @ Hereen, Paragon and Ngee Ann City along Orchard Road or savour local cuisine @ Newton food centre which are just 5mins walk from us. Common living areas  are bright, airy & have unblocked view of greenery-near and far(i.e. No wall viewing out of the windows!!). Rooms are fully furnished c/w air con. Wi-Fi allows to surf anywhere in the apartment..

Our maid will come 2x a week to clean the apartment but there are also general cleaning equipment and a vacuum cleaner if you enjoy the therapeutic effect of cleaning. :) Laundry can be done in our washing machine &dried in the dryer or hung @ drying area in the yard.

Keep fit at the gym, socialise by the swimming pool, have a barbeque weekend or practise yoga @ the spacious & quiet foyer. Perfect home away from home.(Photo: Kitchen)
